From the moment we stepped in, the coastal views were absolutely breathtaking, showcasing the dramatic cliffs and crashing waves that kept us in awe. Our Double or Twin Room was immaculate and exuded a fresh charm, making it the perfect cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The hospitality was top-notch, and the traditional meals served at the pub, especially breakfast, were nothing short of delicious!

Had a fab time! The location is just gorgeous, with stunning sea views right from the garden. Room was super comfy, and I loved the homemade raspberry jam at breakfast! Only thing was the bar could've stayed open a bit later for nightcaps. Totally worth it for the experience, though!

The absence of proper blackout curtains added to the problem, along with limited soundproofing between rooms, allowing outside chatter to seep in. Dining requires table bookings for dinner, a bit inconvenient but the food is decent, with breakfast not standing out as anything special. be aware of flies if you like fresh air. they tend to invade when windows are opened.

After an exhausting hike along the coast, we decided to stop in for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by how delicious the fish and chips were. The cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding, and it was nice to have a tea/coffee station available in our room. Our only issue was some noise from a party in the bar, but it didn’t ruin our experience one bit! 😊

The food was incredibly good, especially the steak with stilton sauce—it melted in my mouth! The staff were attentive and friendly. They ensured my room was spotless, which I really appreciated. there was a large hunting party staying during my visit, and they were quite loud. It affected the atmosphere a bit, especially during breakfast when there was a lot of commotion. the windows needed a cleaning, which took away slightly from the overall experience. Still, the charm and beauty of the location made it a memorable trip. I'd definitely return if the opportunity arises.
